But these are not normal times and so we are going to give COVID updates and write blog posts that give you the facts about COVID-19 rather than sensationalizing things for ratings. When we do we will put this disclaimer at the top of the article.
APRIL 4, 2020 – ATLANTA, GA
Have you wondered why the media is not publishing any statistics regarding COVID-19. Since this information is readily available on the CDC website we have to wonder if this is a case of lazy reporting or perhaps because the numbers would not seem quite as impressive when you broke them down by age and compared this data to the number of deaths in the same time period for other deaths.
So here are the stats. Form your own conclusions but I have to wonder why ALL the governments in the world are hyping COVID-19 based on these numbers. Note there is a reporting lag time but these are the number the CDC had up until 4/3/2020.
Let’s Break it Down a Little:
Deaths from COVID-19 Age 65 – 85 and up = 910.
Deaths from all causes Age 65 – 85 and up = 338,947
